As founder and CEO of the CVR Group, Michael draws on more than 25 years of international experience across multiple industries and in advising leading decision-makers. Over the years, he has built a broad and versatile track record spanning strategic consulting, luxury real estate, retail operations, global trade, and international partnerships in the sports sector. He advises a diverse portfolio of clients — including medium-sized enterprises, global corporations, and high-net-worth individuals worldwide. Building meaningful connections and long-term relationships is at the core of his professional philosophy.

Before founding the CVR Group, Michael held senior positions at leading consulting firms, where he developed a proven record of success in establishing and managing national and international business units. Most recently, he served as Managing Director Europe at one of the world’s fastest-growing talent management companies, leading the executive interim management division across Continental Europe.

Michael completed a commercial apprenticeship and holds a degree in Business Administration & Economics. He is fluent in German and English.

As COO and Partner of the CVR Group, Stefanie plays a key role in shaping the company’s strategic and operational direction. With over a decade of experience in management consulting, luxury real estate, and international markets, she brings a refined, solution-oriented perspective to every project. Over the years, she has built a strong global network of senior decision-makers and discerning private clients in the premium segment.

Before joining the CVR Group, Stefanie held key roles in the luxury travel industry and worked in the consumer goods sector across the APAC region — gaining deep intercultural expertise and a sharp eye for client-focused solutions.

She studied International Business Management and holds a degree in Business Administration. Stefanie is fluent in German and English.
